If you believe a server or user blacklist was issued unfairly, you can submit an appeal here. Our team reviews every appeal on a case-by-case basis.
Before you appeal
Every appeal is read by a real person on our team, so take your time with it. Be honest about what happened and describe your situation as best as you can - a genuine, well-written appeal always has a better chance than a rushed one. Lying or leaving things out usually does more harm than the original blacklist.
- Server blacklists can be appealed if you own or manage the server
- Account blacklists can only be appealed by you, for your own account
- One appeal at a time - wait for a decision before trying again
- The Promy bot will DM you as soon as a decision is made
