By accessing or using Promy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the bot.

Your continued use of Promy constitutes acceptance of these terms and any future modifications. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

2 Use of Service

Promy is designed to help users promote themselves and their projects within Discord communities. You agree to use the bot only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Discord's Terms of Service.

By using Promy, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that you will comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

3 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use Promy to spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Promote illegal content, services, or activities
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse engineer the bot
• Use the bot to distribute malware, viruses, or malicious content
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Circumvent rate limits, cooldowns, or other technical restrictions
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the service
• Share or sell access to Promy Plus features
• Attempt to manipulate or game the advertising network

4 Content Guidelines

All content promoted through Promy must comply with Discord's Community Guidelines and these Terms. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our policies, including but not limited to:

• NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content or adult material
• Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Illegal activities or content
• Spam or excessive promotional material
• Misleading or deceptive advertisements
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Phishing attempts or scams

Server owners are responsible for ensuring their advertisements comply with these guidelines and accurately represent their communities.

5 Moderation and Enforcement

Promy staff reserve the right to:

• Remove content that violates these Terms
• Issue warnings for policy violations
• Temporarily or permanently blacklist users who repeatedly violate policies
• Take action at our discretion to maintain a safe environment
• Monitor and review advertisements for compliance
• Suspend or terminate access without prior notice in cases of severe violations

6 Disclaimer of Warranties

Promy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific results or growth outcomes
• That the bot will meet your specific requirements
• That defects will be corrected
• The accuracy or reliability of content posted by other users

Your use of Promy is at your own risk. We make no warranties regarding the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any information or services provided through the bot.

7 Limitation of Liability

Promy and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the bot, including but not limited to:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Interactions with other users or servers
• Service interruptions or technical issues

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for Promy Plus services (if any) in the three months preceding the claim.

8 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document
• We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes
• Continued use of Promy after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be announced through appropriate channels in our Discord server.

9 Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Promy at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms or applicable laws
• Is harmful to other users or the service
• Exposes us to legal liability
• Disrupts the normal operation of the service

Upon termination, your right to use Promy will immediately cease. Termination may result in the deletion of your data and loss of access to Promy Plus features without refund.

10 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Promy should first be addressed through our support channels.

By using Promy, you agree to resolve disputes through informal negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
