This page explains how Promy purchases, subscriptions, and support issues are handled.
Important Notice
All Promy purchases are final and not refundable.
1 No Refund Policy
All purchases made through Promy, including Promy Plus features, subscriptions, and any other digital products or services, are final and non-refundable.
By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. This applies to:
- Monthly subscription renewals
- Feature upgrades and add-ons
- Any other paid services offered through Promy
Read Before Purchasing
Please carefully review all features, descriptions, and pricing before completing your purchase. Once a transaction is processed, it cannot be reversed or refunded.
2 Discord Bot Shop Purchases
Promy operates through Discord's bot shop system and third-party payment processors. Due to the nature of digital goods and the automated delivery system, we cannot process refunds once a purchase has been completed and the product or service has been delivered to your account.
All transactions are processed securely through Discord's payment infrastructure, which means:
- Payments are handled directly by Discord
- Promy Plus features are activated automatically upon successful payment
- Digital goods are delivered instantly to your account
- Transaction records are maintained by Discord's payment system
For questions about payment processing, billing, or transaction history, you may also need to contact Discord support in addition to our team.
3 Why We Cannot Offer Refunds
As a Discord bot service providing digital goods, refunds are not feasible for several important reasons:
- Instant Delivery: Products are delivered instantly and automatically upon purchase
- Digital Nature: Digital goods cannot be "returned" once accessed or used
- Immediate Activation: Promy Plus features are activated immediately upon purchase
- Platform Limitations: We operate through Discord's payment system which has strict policies
- Service Integrity: Refunds would be subject to abuse and exploitation, affecting all users
- Technical Constraints: Our automated systems cannot reverse feature activation
This policy ensures fair pricing and service quality for all Promy users while preventing fraudulent activities.

We strongly encourage you to take the following steps before completing any purchase:

- Our team will investigate and work to resolve the problem
- We will ensure you receive the features you paid for
- Resolution typically occurs within 24-48 hours
Important: Technical support does not constitute a refund. Instead, we will fix the issue so you can properly access and use your purchased features.

- Bot errors related to Promy Plus functionality
- Subscription status not updating correctly
6 Purchase Types
Monthly Subscriptions
- Recurring monthly payment
- Renews automatically every 30 days
- Can be cancelled at any time
- No refunds for current billing period
- Access continues until end of paid period after cancellation
Tip: Cancel before renewal date to avoid next month's charge. You keep access until period ends.
All sales are final. Please choose carefully before subscribing.
7 Unauthorized Purchases
If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization or consent:
- Contact our support team immediately through ticket
- Provide relevant details including transaction ID, date, and amount
- Include evidence supporting your claim
- We will investigate the claim thoroughly and fairly
- Document any unauthorized access to your Discord account
Investigation Required
Unauthorized purchase claims require verification. You may also need to:
- Contact Discord support regarding account security
- Change your Discord password immediately
- Enable two-factor authentication on your account
- Contact your payment provider if you suspect fraud
Unauthorized purchases may be handled on a case-by-case basis after thorough investigation. We take account security seriously and will review legitimate cases carefully.
8 Chargebacks
Chargeback Consequences
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first will result in immediate action.
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute, the following will occur automatically:
- Immediate suspension of all Promy Plus features
- Potential permanent ban from using Promy services
- Loss of access to all purchased content and features
- Blacklisting from future purchases and network participation
- Reporting of fraudulent chargebacks to Discord
Better Alternative
Contact support first if something went wrong with your purchase. Most issues can be fixed without a chargeback.
Chargebacks should only be used for actual fraud, not as a replacement for our refund policy.
9 Service Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to our service as needed for improvement and maintenance:
- Modify or discontinue features at any time
- Change pricing for future purchases
- Update or enhance Promy Plus offerings
- Adjust feature limitations or capabilities
- Merge or split Promy Plus tiers
Your Purchase Protection
Existing purchases will be honored according to the terms at the time of purchase. However, no refunds will be provided for service changes, feature updates, or pricing adjustments.
Examples of changes that do not qualify for refunds:
- A feature you purchased is improved or updated
- Pricing changes for new purchases (your rate remains locked)
- New features are added that you don't need
- Features are reorganized into different tiers
- Alternative free options become available
10 Subscription Management
For users with monthly subscriptions:
How to Cancel Your Subscription
- Cancellations are processed through Discord's subscription management
- Go to User Settings → Subscriptions in Discord
- Locate your Promy subscription and select "Cancel"
- You retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds are provided for unused time in the current period
- Cancellation prevents future charges but doesn't reverse past ones
We recommend canceling at least 24 hours before your next billing date if you no longer wish to continue. You can resubscribe at any time in the future.
